Vintage Victorian Cotton underskirt

Description

This is a vintage victorian I believe and least that's what it said when I bought it.  Tatted lace around the bottom and closure with a single button.  The length including lace is 38"s.. It has been cleaned but there is some little reddish marks and some about end of finger size reddish brown.  For age in very good condition.
